Be Mindful is an accessible digital treatment that enables participants to enjoy reductions in levels of anxiety and depression and improved wellbeing. It delivers all the elements of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and was developed with the approval of Professor Mark Williams and Jon Kabat-Zinn; the originators of MBCT.
The objective of the program is for participants to improve their health questionnaire scores for Anxiety (GAD-7) and Depression (PHQ-9). This is achieved through the practice of mindfulness and cognitive approaches learnt throughout the program.
