Pain Management
I find this pain meditation very helpful in relaxing me, also giving me a focus which helps me to cope with chronic pain. I like to journey you get taken on, it allows you to temporarily explore a perfect world, one where pain is secondary to feeling relaxed. I must say here that I am not always able to lose myself in the meditation, and so I will play the whole thing again. I feel calmer and more relaxed, and I recommend that anyone suffering with pain give it a go, and try not to feel disappointed if it doesn’t help first time, after all, you have lived with your pain a long time, and as we all know, pain can make you very tense and stressed. Meditation isn’t a quick fix, I believe it’s an ongoing journey that improves with regular use.
