Holiday Beach

Very pretty and relaxing. I don't like the people coughing and making weird noises at the beginning of these, tho. I think of a stone hall with my own sanctuary in it as a more peaceful place, not so busy and hectic sounding before going through the door. ??

Falling Asleep

I don’t think I’ve ever slept that good in my entire 24 years of being alive... I slept longer than I wanted but I woke up refreshed and ready to go for the first time in what feels like years! Thank you all so much! 2020 has been crazy stressful and the fact that I found a guided meditation that actually helps me fall asleep AND stay asleep is awesome! 5/5 and thanks for the help during this pandemic. As an essential employee (making food) its a lot to bare right now and good rest is essential to good health!
