I started using for pain, but I use everyday just to relax. It calms the emotion within ... the real secret. We can be ruled by the emotion within and not realize it. This meditation helps to calm the emotion.

Welcome Wood
I use relaxation mainly to help me to sleep, I have yet to hear the end of the Welcome Wood meditation as I always fall asleep. This really does the job for me.
